I am committed to customer satisfaction. I try to be very accurate in my descriptions. Honestly, in my many years of selling my creations I have never had a request for a refund. That being said, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I will work with you to resolve any problems promptly.
Note~ Digital graphics are non-returnable. Pre-made graphics will be personalized ith the font shown on the sample. Custom order graphics have a proofing process that will be carefully defined for you. Basically, I will send you up to 4 proofs and we will work though any alterations before final approval of your graphics.
