If you use Lollishops.com, a quality vendor’s service of Lollishops, Inc., you (the consumer or the vendor) are agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions. Effective the moment you assume a Lollishop or purchase your first item. You must be 18 to agree to these terms.

Lollishops.com is a Marketplace:
Lollishops provides the service of consumers finding vendors and vendors attracting consumers. We are a prime referral service; a vehicle for finding Cottage Style hanmade objects, Vintage Findings and Supplies. Lollishops allows vendors to set up shop at an agreed upon fee structure. Lollishops will not be responsible for transactions between consumers and vendors or vendors buying from vendors.

Lollishops is a juried website where we pre-screen our vendors and allow them to set up shop based on style, craftsmanship, customer service and quality. Lollishops is proud of the selected vendors but will in no way be responsible for any way that a vendor might misrepresent themselves.
You will view each Lollishop as a separate entity with its own terms, agreements and policies. Lollishops encourages communication between parties before a transaction is completed—you use Lollishops at your own risk.

To Set Up Shop or Purchase:
Lollishops.com and its services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Compliance:
You agree to comply with the TOS and you accept that a violation of any of these terms will suffer a consequence to be determined and perhaps removal from Lollishops.com.

Password:
Keep your login information private. Sharing this information may result in abuse of your account in your absence. Lollishops will not be responsible for stolen login information or violations.

Account Information:
You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address.

Right to Refuse Service:
Lollishops reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Lollishops reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Payment of Fees:
At the time of setting up shop, a vendor chooses their Payment Plan from the Lollishops Menu. These payment plans are a month long subscription. You will be charged the same rate, each month at the same date you first signed up for the subscription. You may cancel any time. If you do cancel your subscription please notify us so we can 100% clear your account. email: lollishops gmail.com

For a more detailed explanation of Lollishops’ Fee Structure. Vendors pay for future services rendered at the beginning of each month and payments are non refundable. After payment, vendors can walk away from their shop at anytime. Vendors are not required to keep up their shop. Non activity could result in Lollishops’ canceling the shop. If your shop is canceled and you want to come back, a vendor must reapply and be approved.

Vendor/Listing:
Vendors will be the sole proprietor of their shop and are held responsible for the content of their listings. The description of each, unique item is to be accurate, informative and may not include any text borrowed or copied from anywhere else.

The photos, tags, content of the listing, graphics, title, price and description must pertain ONLY to the item in the listing.

Please consult the Lollishops fee menu for more TOS/FAQ on listing and selling. Lollishops encourages vendors to authenticate their own buyers through email communication. You are advised to confirm payments and shipping addresses with your clients before sending items.

Buyer/Purchasing:
Buyers, LolliShops.com is a beacon of light; a lighthouse for all things Cottage Style. We showcase what we believe you will love. Many of our vendors redirect you to their Etsy Shop for checkout but we also bring you individual Cottage Style shopping websites from all over the web, making LolliShops.com your one stop destination for everything you love! Shop Policies:
All vendors write their own shop policies and Lollishops will honor those policies within reason. Policies include: Shipping terms, returns, refunds, exchanges, payments and custom orders. Please consult individual shop policies before making a purchase—contact the vendor if there is any confusion. Lollishops reserves the right to ask a vendor to modify the content of their policy if there appears to be an inconsistency or concern. Vendors are responsible to abide by their own policies and promises.

Lollishops is home to many vendors that use Lollishops to drive clients/traffic to their own, personal web boutiques for purchases. Please be advised that when you leave Lollishops to make a purchase off site, you are bound to that parties policies and payment arrangements. Lollishops is not responsible for off-site purchasing in any way, shape or form. If you have been misled by a Lollishops vendor with an off site account—please contact abuse@lollishops.com and make a complaint.

Lollishops will not tolerate:

1. Lying-false advertising—misleading information—misrepresenting
2. Cheating the Lollishops system in any way to saturate the website with duplicate listings, fraudulent listings, SPAM
3. Infringing upon any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark (this means Sanrio, Disney or other licensed items)
4. Violating this Agreement
5. If you are a Food Vendor—you must comply with appropriate regulations: Buyers be well informed before purchasing! Lollishops is a juried website that screens its vendors but we will not be responsible for enforcing food regulations.
6. Harassment
7. Sexually perverted/graphic, offensive material/images, religious defamation
8. Hosting images or ads not associated with Lollishops
9. Hosting images not part of a listing
10. Using photos, images or the logo belonging to Lollishops, Inc. without asking permission.
11. Catty or unprofessional disputes. It is not the job or responsibility of Lollishops to police the art community.
12. Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

Privacy
Any conversation you have with a representative or administrator of Lollishops, Inc. is private and protected. Any publication of a private email or conversation without written approval will be reviewed and dealt with.

Private conversations between vendors and buyers and vice versa are private and will not be discussed or published. Violation of privacy will not be tolerated.

In the same manner, Lollishops will not disclose your private information with a third party or to other vendors or buyers. During a dispute or conversation, circumstances may require an exchange of information but those issues will be handled on a case by case basis.
Lollishops will not publish or discuss a private issue with anyone but the parties involved.

No Guarantee
Lollishops cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Site or the operation of site features. These may occur due to outside influences and are beyond Lollishops’ control. Lollishops reserves the right to close the site down for emergency, technical maintenance if needed. Scheduled outages will have the proper notifications.

No Agency
You and Lollishops are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Amendment
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. Additionally, we will notify you of any changes.
